1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GigsToSee. If you tune in for text alerts, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

2. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself, your band, your venue, and any gig you post, and to keep it up to date. Do not post listings for events you are not authorized to promote.

3. Events may change or be canceled

Live music plans change. Show times, lineups, cover charges, and outdoor plans may change or be canceled at any time, sometimes without notice. Always confirm with the venue or artist before you travel.

4. Third-party content

Some listings are gathered from public venue, artist, and social media pages and are clearly marked as unverified until an artist or venue confirms them. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content, links, or events, and we do not endorse them.

5. Prohibited use

• Posting false, misleading, spam, or duplicate listings
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating anyone
• Posting unlawful, hateful, or infringing content
• Scraping, overloading, probing, or interfering with the site or its security
• Using contact information from the site for unsolicited marketing

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, and remove any listing, at our discretion — including for violating these terms — with or without notice. You may delete your profile at any time.

7. Disclaimers

GigsToSee is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigsToSee and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, wasted travel, or missed events arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
